Technical Center for Industrial Security and Certification (TCISC) has the mission to conduct the assessment of industrial security of dangerous industrial objects, the diagnosis and technical check of equipment, certify products with a high level of danger, perform laboratory tests and provide methodological support to economic entities. 

The TCISC has the following basic functions:

•conduct the examination and assessment of industrial security of dangerous industrial objects; 

•assess the organizational and technical possibilities of the economic entity to perform activities at the dangerous industrial objects;

•diagnose (non-destructive checks) and perform technical checks of the machinery;

•certify products with a high level of danger;

•provide methodological assistance; 

•re-train and certify the personnel in the field of industrial security;

•perform laboratory tests of materials and reagents;

•provide the economic entities with regulatory-technical documents in the field of industrial security.
