For the development of the human capital necessary for supplying the growth of the IT industry, with the support of development partners in 2017, has officially launched the Tekwill Information Technology Excellence Center.

The Tekwill Center was created through a public-private partnership project within the Technical University of Moldova, with the financial support of USAID (United States Agency for International Development), the Swedish Government Program (SIDA), and multinational companies like IBM, Microsoft and others.

It is important to involve and contribute to this project of the National Association of Private ICT Companies (ATIC).

The dedicated space for Tekwill has an area of 3400 m2. Tekwill provides access to 150 coworking spaces, 12 meeting and conferencing rooms, 10 office spaces, business and community events, and the ability to connect to local networks.

With the development of professional skills at the Tekwill Center of Excellence, will significantly increase the prospects and employment opportunities of the IT faculty graduates, opportunities for continuing training of professionals in the field, as well as opportunities for launching and developing new IT businesses.

In this regard, it is very necessary to study, acquire and apply best practices and technologies, which for the first time in the Republic of Moldova offers the Tekwill Center of Excellence.

Currently, with the support of partners, we are working to expand the Tekwill IT Center of Excellence at the regional level, with the establishment of Centers of Excellence and IT innovations in the north and south of the Republic of Moldova (Balti and Cahul).
