The main goal of the Park is to create an organizational platform with a set of innovative mechanisms and facilities to boost the growth of the information technology industry, create new jobs and attract local and foreign investments.

The park aims to capitalize the growth opportunities of the IT industry by implementing a predictable and motivating regulatory framework by facilitating the fiscal and business management system.

At the same time, the project “Moldova IT Par” also pursues specific objectives such as: providing advisory and support mechanisms for new IT companies; increasing the volume of investments in the companies’ activities of the IT park resident; increasing the number of innovative IT products created by the park residents; the establishment of international partnerships for the transfer of IT knowledge and technology, including the involvement of foreign IT professionals.

Thus, the format of "Moldova IT Park" will be a virtual one with the possibility of creating physical infrastructure.

The operating period of the Park is proposed for 10 years, during which it is forecasted to be attracted about 400 IT companies to carry out core activities, which are mentioned in art. 8 of the Law no. 77 of 21 April 2016 on information technology parks.

The operational model of the Park is organized in the format in which to define the value offer, the beneficiaries, the partners / suppliers, the communication channels, the key activities, the revenue model and the cost model.
